1. Product Description

SRD PM is an esteemed series of powder coatings, expertly engineered from durable polyester, Primid hardener, and vital pigment fillers with specialized agents. These thermosetting powder coatings are meticulously developed through a process of melting, extrusion, and milling, presenting unrivaled physical, chemical, and decorative attributes.
SRD PMcan be customized with a broad spectrum of curing temperatures (150ºC~200ºC), unique patterns (smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and an extensive range of gloss levels (20%~95%).

Storage Preserve product quality by storing under temperatures below 30ºC with a relative humidity under 60%, ensuring a reliable shelf life of 6 months. Conduct a quality recheck if the storage period surpasses 6 months.

200ºC for 10 minutes (metal temperature)
Add an extra 5 minutes for a matt finish; refer to the product test report for comprehensive details.

3. Coating Film Properties

Normal curing film thickness measures around 60~80um, with texture finish thickness adapting according
to the chosen pattern. Deviations from standard film thickness may lead to pinholes or pattern inaccuracies.

4.Pretreatment

Ensure the substrate is immaculate, thoroughly clean, and degreased. Drying temperature is crucial and must remain below 200ºC to secure exceptional powder adhesion and preserve the integrity of the pretreatment film.'t exceed 200ºC to prevent
compromising the pretreatment film and powder adhesion. Cast piece and hot dip galvanize
steel require meticulous preheating to effectively expel internal moisture and trapped gases. This process is pivotal in ensuring a flawless, bubble-free finish.

5. Application
The SRD PM product range is remarkably versatile, effortlessly compatible with both manual and automatic electrostatic spray
equipment. If you require alternative application methods, such as the tribo gun or electrostatic flow bed, we encourage you to notify us
in advance for seamless integration.
Important Note: Regular inspection of the film quality by the customer is paramount. Please refer to GB standards or our specified test methods
for a comprehensive and detailed guide to ensure quality assurance.
We highly recommend conducting preliminary trials before embarking on mass production of a new product or adjusting the process to
ensure the film quality perfectly aligns with the highest required standards.
6. Additional Information
The SRD PM series presents products that can be transformed into breathtaking metallic effects. While these effects may have reduced anti-corrosion, durability, and scratch resistance, we
can significantly enhance these properties with a top clear coat. However, please be aware that this will alter the surface appearance considerably. We advise you to
adjust the gun voltage to around 40KV to maximize charging efficiency when applying the top coat and to avoid
contact with the first film post-curing to maintain its pristine condition.
Please avoid direct contact with the initially cured film for optimal results.
The SRD PM series is carefully packaged in PE bags within sturdy boxes. Ensure to store these products away from direct sunlight, excessive heat,
and moisture to preserve their quality and integrity.
7. Safety Precautions
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks, gloves, and caps, is essential during powder coating application. Additionally, avoid eating, drinking,
and smoking during the application to ensure a safe environment.
Earthing is critically necessary when utilizing our powder coatings, as there are risks of explosion at specific concentrations
in the presence of fire. It is of utmost importance to prohibit any sparking and open flames in the workshop to ensure safety.
