1.Product Description

SRD PM is a distinguished series of powder coatings crafted from robust polyester blended with Primid hardener, essential pigments, and specialized agents. These thermosetting powder coatings undergo a meticulous process of melting, extrusion, and milling to deliver extraordinary physical, chemical, and decorative properties.
SRD PM is customizable to suit diverse needs with varying curing temperatures (150ºC~200ºC), patterns (smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and gloss levels (20%~95%).

2.Powder properties

Specific gravity 1.2~1.8g/cm3 depending on the specific color chosen.
Particle size D(v,50) 30~42um for standard product profiles, ensuring precision and quality.
Moisture content remains low at <1%, preserving the product's integrity.
Storage Maintain a temperature below 30ºC and relative humidity under 60%, with a shelf life of 6 months. Re-evaluate quality if storing longer than 6 months to ensure optimal performance.
Curing condition 180ºC for 15 minutes (metal temperature)
200ºC for 10 minutes (metal temperature)
Add 5 more minutes for matt finishes. Refer to the product test report for comprehensive information.

3.Coating film properties

Normal curing film thickness ranges from 60~80um, with texture finish thickness varying according to pattern specifications.
Inconsistencies in film thickness can lead to pinholes or incorrect patterns, deviating from standards.
Test results provided were conducted in a controlled lab environment using standard substrates and pretreatments, and may differ from results obtained in a customer's production line. Use as a reference.

4.Pretreatment

5. Application

6. Additional Information
The SRD PM product line can be transformed into stunning metallic effects. However, careful selection is advised because these effects may exhibit lower anti-corrosion, durability, and scratch resistance. We can enhance these properties by applying a top clear coat, although this will significantly alter the surface appearance. We recommend reducing
