1. Product Description

SRD PM is a prestigious series of powder coatings crafted from robust polyester, Primid hardener, and essential pigment fillers with specialized agents. These thermosetting powder coatings undergo a meticulous process of melting, extrusion, and milling, offering unparalleled physical, chemical, and decorative properties.
SRD PMcan be tailored with variable curing temperatures (150ºC~200ºC), distinctive patterns (smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and a comprehensive range of gloss levels (20%~95%).

Storage Store at temperatures under 30ºC with relative humidity below 60%, ensuring a shelf life of 6 months. A quality recheck is required if exceeding 6 months.
Curing Condition 180ºC for 15 minutes (metal temperature)
200ºC for 10 minutes (metal temperature)
Add 5 extra minutes for matt finish; refer to the product test report for detailed information.

3. Coating Film Properties

Normal curing film thickness measures approximately 60~80um, with texture finish thickness varying according
to the selected pattern. Variations in film thickness may result in pinholes or incorrect patterns if deviating from
the standard.
The test data provided here was evaluated in a laboratory setting using standard substrates and pretreatment; actual results may vary
when applied on customer's production line. The data is intended for guideline purposes only.
These products are not ideal for thick film applications, as moisture may
be released during the reaction.

4.Pretreatment

Steel Zinc phosphate

Ensure the substrate is thoroughly clean, degreased, and dry. Drying temperature should not'To prevent any potential issues, ensure the temperature does not exceed 200ºC.
Avoid compromising the pretreatment film and powder adhesion for a flawless finish. CEnsure the cast piece and hot dip galvanized steel
are preheated to effectively expel internal moisture and gases, preventing bubble formation.
For optimal results, please inform us in advance if any formula adjustments are necessary.
Important Notice:Customers should consistently inspect pretreatment quality based on specific supply requirements to maintain the superior quality of the final coating film. This practice ensures the final coating film meets the highest standards.

5. Application
The SRD PM product range is highly versatile, suitable for both manual and automatic electrostatic spray
equipment. Should alternative application methods such as the tribo gun or electrostatic flow bed be required, please notify us
in advance.
Important Note: Regular inspection of film quality by the customer is vital. Refer to GB standards or our specified test methods
for comprehensive guidance.
It is highly recommended to conduct trials before mass production or process adjustments to
ensure the film quality matches the required standards.
6. Additional Information
The SRD PM series offers products capable of stunning metallic effects. Note that these effects may have reduced anti-corrosion, durability, and scratch resistance. We
can enhance these properties with a top clear coat, though it will significantly alter surface appearance. It is advised to
adjust the gun voltage to around 40KV to optimize charging efficiency for the top coat and prevent
contact with the first film after curing.
Please avoid direct contact with the initially cured film.
The SRD PM series is meticulously packaged in PE bags within boxes. Store away from direct sunlight, excessive heat,
and moisture to maintain product integrity.
7. Safety Precautions
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and caps is essential when applying powder coating. Avoid eating, drinking,
and smoking during application.
Earthing is absolutely necessary when using our powder due to explosion risks at certain concentrations
in the presence of fire. Prohibit sparking and open flames in the workshop.
