1.Product Description

SRD Zinc Primer is a premium series of powder coatings crafted from epoxy, hardeners, zinc, and other essential pigments and agents. These thermosetting powder coatings, developed through a sophisticated process of melting extrusion and milling, deliver exceptional physical, chemical, and anti-corrosion performance.

2.Powder properties

Particle size D(v,50) ranges from 30~42um for standard products, ensuring optimal application.
Moisture content Maintained at <1% for superior quality.
Storage Store at temperatures below 25ºC with relative humidity under 60% for a shelf life of 6 months. If stored longer, a quality recheck is recommended.
Curing condition 140ºC~ 150ºC 4~6minutes (metal temperature) followed by curing with the top coating for best results.

on your own line for optimal adhesion between

3.Coating film properties

Normal curing film thickness is approximately 60~80um. Film thickness directly influences the final anti-corrosion
properties.

pretreatment, and actual results may vary in customer's environments.
