1.Product Description

SRD PM is a cutting-edge series of powder coatings formed from durable polyester and Primid hardener, combined with essential pigments, fillers, and special agents. These thermosetting powder coatings undergo a precise process of melting extrusion and milling, providing exceptional physical, chemical, and decorative properties.
SRD PM can be customized to meet specific needs, varying in curing temperatures (150ºC~200ºC), patterns (smooth, texture, hammertone), and gloss levels (20%~95%).

2.Powder properties

Specific gravity 1.2~1.8g/cm3, tailored to suit different colors. according to different color

Moisture content <1%, maintaining product integrity during storage.
Storage Store in a temperature-controlled environment below 30ºC, with relative humidity under 60%. Shelf life is 6 months, with quality recheck for extended storage.
Curing condition 180ºC for 15 minutes (metal temperature), ensuring robust adhesion and finish.
200ºC for 10 minutes (metal temperature), with an additional 5 minutes for a matte finish. Refer to the product test report for detailed guidance.

3.Coating film properties

Normal curing film thickness ranges from 60~80um, with texture finish thickness varying
according to the desired pattern. Avoid large discrepancies in thickness to prevent pinholes or pattern errors.

4.Pretreatment

5. Application
Our SRD PM series is compatible with both manual and automatic electrostatic spray
systems. If choosing alternative methods like tribo guns or electrostatic fluidized beds, please notify us
in advance.
Note: Regular quality inspections of the film are recommended. Refer to GB standards or our proprietary test methods for guidance.

It's crucial for customers to conduct trials before mass production of a new product or modifying processes to
ensure the film quality consistently meets specified requirements.
6. Others
The SRD PM product range can be crafted to showcase metallic effects. However, note that these effects may compromise
corrosion resistance, durability, and scratch resistance. Enhancement is possible with a top clear coat, though this may
alter the surface appearance. For optimal results, reduce the gun voltage to approximately 40KV during top coat spraying and
refrain from touching the initial film post-curing.

Our SRD PM line is securely packaged with a PE bag inside a box. Please store away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

7. Safety
Utilize appropriate PPE such as masks, gloves, and caps when applying the powder coating. Avoid eating, drinking,
or smoking during use.
Earthing is essential when utilizing our powder due to explosion risks at certain concentrations
in the presence of fire. Prohibit any sparks or open flames within the workshop.
