1.Product Description

SRD EP is an innovative series of powder coatings crafted from epoxy, polyester, and essential pigment fillers, complemented by special agents. These thermosetting powder coatings undergo a sophisticated process of melting extrusion and milling, offering outstanding physical, chemical, and decorative attributes.
SRD EP can be tailored to perfection with customizable curing temperatures (140ºC~200ºC), a variety of patterns (smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and diverse gloss levels (7%~95%).

2.Powder properties

Specific gravity 1.2~1.8g/cm3 depending on the color chosen.

3.Coating film properties

Normal curing film thickness ranges from 60~80um, with texture finish thickness varying
according to the pattern. Avoid pinholes or incorrect patterns by maintaining film thickness within
standard tolerances.

5. Application
The SRD EP product series is compatible with both manual and automatic electrostatic spray equipment. For alternative application methods such as tribo guns and electrostatic flow beds, please give us prior notice.

6. Others
The SRD EP series can be customized to create metallic effects. However, please be advised that these effects may exhibit reduced anti-corrosion properties, durability, and scratch resistance. We can enhance these features by applying a top clear coat, although this will alter the surface appearance.
