1.Product Description

SRD EP represents a pioneering series of powder coatings crafted from epoxy, polyester, and essential pigment fillers along with specialized agents. These thermosetting powder coatings, produced through meticulous melting extrusion and milling, offer extraordinary physical, chemical, and decorative attributes.
SRD EP can be tailored to suit varied curing temperatures (140ºC~200ºC), patterns (such as smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and gloss levels ranging from 7% to 95%.

2.Powder properties

3.Coating film properties

Normal curing film thickness ranges from 60~80um. Thickness of texture finishes may vary according

4.Pretreatment

5. Application
Our SRD EP series of products are versatile and can be applied using both manual and automated electrostatic spray
equipment. Should you consider alternative application methods, such as a tribo gun or electrostatic flow bed, please inform us
prior to implementation.
Attention: Regular inspection of the film quality by customers is essential. For inspection methods, please refer
to the GB standards or our proprietary test methods.
Customers are advised to conduct trials before commencing mass production of a new product or when altering processes to
ensure that the film quality consistently meets the specified requirements.
6. Miscellaneous
The SRD EP series of products can be engineered to produce stunning metallic effects. However, please be cautious when selecting these
effects, as they exhibit reduced anti-corrosion, durability, and scratch resistance properties. We can
enhance these limitations by applying a top clear coat, though this may significantly alter the surface appearance.
For optimal charging efficiency when applying the top coat, reduce the gun voltage to approximately 40KV and avoid contact with the
initial film post-curing.
The Aris EP series of products are meticulously packaged in a PE bag enclosed within a box. Please store away from direct sunlight, heat, and
moisture to maintain product integrity.
7. Safety
Appropriate PPE, including masks, gloves, and caps, is essential when applying powder coatings. Refrain from eating, drinking,
or smoking during use.
Earthing is specifically required when utilizing our powder due to the potential of explosion at certain
concentrations
in conjunction with fire. It is strictly prohibited to introduce sparks or open flames in the workshop.
