1. Product Description

SRD PM is an esteemed series of powder coatings, artfully crafted from resilient polyester, Primid hardener, and premium pigment fillers with specialized agents. These high-performance thermosetting powder coatings undergo a sophisticated process of melting, extrusion, and milling, culminating in unmatched physical, chemical, and decorative attributes.
SRD PMcan be customized with a range of curing temperatures (150ºC~200ºC), distinctive patterns (smooth finish, texture, hammertone), and an extensive spectrum of gloss levels (20%~95%), providing tailored solutions for any requirement.

2. Powder Properties

Specific Gravity 1.2~1.8g/cm3 depending on the color variant
Particle Size D(v,50) 30~42um tailored for standard products, ensuring optimal application consistency.
Moisture Content <1%, ensuring a stable and reliable product.
Storage Store at temperatures under 30ºC with relative humidity below 60%, ensuring a shelf life of 6 months. A quality recheck is required if exceeding 6 months to maintain peak performance.
Curing Condition 180ºC for 15 minutes (metal temperature), precisely tailored for optimal results.
200ºC for 10 minutes (metal temperature), ideal for achieving the desired finish.
Add 5 extra minutes for matt finish; refer to the product test report for detailed information to ensure your specific needs are met.

3. Coating Film Properties

Normal curing film thickness measures approximately 60~80um, with texture finish thickness varying according
to the selected pattern. Variations in film thickness may result in pinholes or incorrect patterns if deviating from
the standard.

The SRD PM product range provides exceptional versatility, seamlessly integrating with both manual and automatic electrostatic spray
equipment. Should alternative application techniques, such as a tribo gun or electrostatic flow bed, be necessary, please inform us
in advance to ensure flawless adaptation into your processes, facilitating smooth and efficient operations.
Important Note: The regular and thorough inspection of the film quality by the customer is imperative. Please consult GB standards or our specified test methods
for an exhaustive guide to sustaining the highest quality standards.

6. Additional Information
The SRD PM series can be transformed into stunning metallic effects. However, these effects may exhibit reduced anti-corrosion, durability, and scratch resistance. We
can enhance these properties with a top clear coat, although the surface appearance will be noticeably altered. It is recommended to
adjust the gun voltage to approximately 40KV to enhance charging efficiency when applying the top coat, and prevent
contact with the initial film post-curing to ensure impeccable, professional results.
Please avoid direct contact with the initially cured film to maintain its immaculate and pristine condition.
The SRD PM series is expertly packaged in PE bags within boxes to shield the quality. Ensure storage away from direct sunlight, excessive heat,
and moisture to maintain product integrity and extend its longevity.
